Important: Update on Match Locations for BJO 2024

Dear participants and spectators,

Due to a logistical issue, we have had to adjust the locations of some matches for the Belgian Junior Open 2024. Contrary to the initial announcement, some matches will be played this Friday at the Les Marmots club in addition to Squash 22.

Please consult the updated player list, which includes specific match times and locations, to check if your or your child’s first match has been moved.

We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you adjust your plans accordingly.

As a reminder, a 16-seater shuttle bus will be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between Squash 22 and Les Marmots to facilitate travel between the two venues.

PS: The finals of the Belgian Junior Open 2024 will be held at the Les Marmots club.

Important : Mise à jour des lieux de match pour le BJO 2024

Chers participants et spectateurs,

En raison d'un problème logistique, nous avons dû ajuster les lieux de certains matchs du Belgian Junior Open 2024. Contrairement à l’annonce initiale, certains matchs se joueront dès ce vendredi au club Les Marmots, en plus du Squash 22.

Nous vous invitons à consulter la nouvelle liste des joueurs, mise à jour avec les informations précises de lieu et d’heure de chaque match, pour vérifier si votre premier match ou celui de votre enfant a été déplacé.

Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et vous prions de bien vouloir adapter votre organisation en conséquence.

Pour rappel, une navette de 16 places sera disponible le vendredi, samedi et dimanche entre le Squash 22 et Les Marmots pour faciliter vos déplacements entre les deux sites.

Note for BJO 2024 (English)

Dear participants and spectators,

We are pleased to share the player list for the Belgian Junior Open 2024, including the location and time of each player’s first match. Please note that for the first day of the tournament, all matches will take place at Squash 22.

Please refer to the attached document to find the time of your first match and be present 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to facilitate smooth organization.

For those who opted for the meal package, all meals throughout the tournament will be served at Squash 22. The squash 22 restaurant will of course be accessible to others by paying directly at the bar.

On Saturday and Sunday, matches will also be held at the Les Marmots club. A 16-seater shuttle bus will operate all day between Squash 22 and Les Marmots to transport participants and spectators between the two clubs.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous transmettre la liste des joueurs du Belgian Junior Open 2024, avec les informations relatives au lieu et à l'heure de leurs premiers matchs. Nous vous rappelons que pour cette première journée de compétition, tous les matchs se dérouleront au Squash 22.

Merci de bien vouloir consulter le document en pièce jointe pour connaître les horaires de votre premier match et de vous présenter 15 minutes avant l’heure indiquée afin de faciliter l’organisation.

Pour ceux ayant opté pour le package repas, tous les repas pendant la durée du tournoi seront également servis au Squash 22. Le restaurant du squash 22 sera bien entendu accessible aux autre moyennant paiement direct au bar.

Le samedi et le dimanche, des matchs seront organisés également au club Les Marmots. Une navette de 16 places circulera toute la journée entre le Squash 22 et Les Marmots pour assurer le transport des participants et des spectateurs entre les deux clubs.

Beste deelnemers en toeschouwers,

Met genoegen sturen wij u de lijst met spelers die deelnemen aan de Belgian Junior Open 2024, evenals informatie over de locatie en het tijdstip van de eerste wedstrijden.

Graag herinneren wij u eraan dat op deze eerste competitiedag alle wedstrijden plaatsvinden in Squash 22. Voor het tijdstip van uw eerste wedstrijd verwijzen wij u naar het bijgevoegde document. Om de organisatie te vergemakkelijken, verzoeken wij u 15 minuten eerder dan de geplande tijd aanwezig te zijn.

Voor wie kiest voor een maaltijdpakket: alle toernooimaaltijden worden geserveerd bij Squash 22. Restaurant Squash 22 is uiteraard ook voor iedereen toegankelijk (direct aan de bar betalen).

Op zaterdag en zondag vinden er ook wedstrijden plaats in de club “Les Marmots”. Er is een 16-persoons shuttle voorzien tussen Squash 22 en Les Marmots.

Wij wensen u een uitstekend toernooi en kwaliteitsvolle prestaties tijdens het evenement.

Liebe Teilnehmer und Zuschauer,

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen die Spielerliste des Belgian Junior Open 2024 mit den Angaben zu Ort und Uhrzeit der ersten Spiele jedes Teilnehmers zu übermitteln. Für den ersten Turniertag finden alle Spiele im Squash 22 statt.

Bitte entnehmen Sie dem beigefügten Dokument die Zeiten Ihres ersten Spiels und seien Sie bitte 15 Minuten vor der angegebenen Zeit vor Ort, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Für diejenigen, die das Verpflegungspaket gebucht haben, werden alle Mahlzeiten während des Turniers im Squash 22 serviert. Das Restaurant Squash 22 ist selbstverständlich auch für andere zugänglich, gegen Bezahlung direkt an der Bar.

Am Samstag und Sonntag werden auch Spiele im Club Les Marmots stattfinden. Ein Shuttlebus mit 16 Sitzplätzen wird den ganzen Tag zwischen Squash 22 und Les Marmots verkehren, um die Teilnehmer und Zuschauer zwischen den beiden Clubs zu transportieren.
